Asset inspection
Automated detection of damage, defects, and deterioration across any asset type. Containers, pavement, structures, equipment. Every finding documented with a photo, a location, and a time.
Spectra connects to your cameras and runs automatically. Every finding is logged with a photo, a location, and a time. No extra staff. No disruption to your operation.
Inspection is only useful when it happens every time, produces a record you can trust, and tells the right people. Spectra handles all three. Automatically.
Spectra watches your cameras and identifies what needs attention: damage on a container, a crack in pavement, a structural defect, a safety issue. The same criteria, every time, on every asset. Not just the ones someone happened to look at.
When Spectra finds something, it logs a photo, the location, and the time. Not in a notebook. Stored, searchable, and there when you need it. Six months later, when a claim comes in, you know exactly what the asset looked like.
A finding doesn't sit waiting for someone to check a screen. Spectra sends it where it needs to go: a supervisor notification, a task in your maintenance system, a report to your management platform. You decide the rules; we set them up before go-live.
What happens when Spectra is monitoring safety compliance.
Right now, checking whether everyone on site has the right protective equipment means relying on supervisors or spot checks. It's inconsistent. With Spectra, it isn't.
Cameras positioned across your site capture footage throughout every shift. Nothing about your operation changes.
Within seconds, Spectra has identified what each person is wearing: helmet, hi-vis vest, safety boots. If something is missing, it's flagged. The same criteria, every shift, regardless of who is supervising.
The incident is logged: a photo, the location on site, and the time. Every non-compliance event, not just the ones someone happened to catch.
The record goes straight into your safety management platform. If a compliance audit comes later, you have timestamped proof of every incident and when it happened.
Spectra is the platform. What it watches depends on what your operation needs. These are the most common starting points.
Automated detection of damage, defects, and deterioration across any asset type. Containers, pavement, structures, equipment. Every finding documented with a photo, a location, and a time.
Continuous monitoring for safety conditions across your site. PPE compliance, restricted zone access, unsafe behaviour. The same standard on every shift, without anyone watching a screen.
Every vehicle, container, or asset entering or leaving your facility is captured and assessed automatically. Condition, identity, and any issues logged at the point of entry. No manual checks, no gaps.
Monitor whether processes and procedures are being followed: equipment handling, loading practices, site protocols. Catch deviations before they become incidents or end up in a report.
No software for your team to learn. No infrastructure for IT to manage. We install it, configure it, and hand over something that runs on its own.
Our team handles the full installation: hardware, cameras where needed, and software. Usually a few days. Your operation continues as normal. No IT involvement required.
Before go-live, we set up the system for your operation: what gets flagged, who gets notified, which of your platforms receives the data. You don't adapt to the software; the software adapts to you.
Once live, Spectra runs on its own. Your team works the same way they always have. They just get better information when something needs their attention.
As your operation evolves, we adjust the system to match. We improve the underlying models over time, so the system gets more accurate the longer it runs.
The questions we hear most from operations leaders, technical evaluators, and procurement teams.
Spectra is the platform. The products are inspection use cases that run on top of it. If you're deploying one product today, you're already on Spectra. Adding a second use case means configuring a new lane — not a new integration, not a new deployment.
Spectra connects to RTSP/ONVIF camera feeds, LCMS data packages, drone survey outputs, and uploaded image sets. No proprietary hardware is required. You configure a new input source once; it's available to any lane from that point forward.
Azure-native deployment is the standard path. For operators with specific data residency or network isolation requirements, on-premise and private cloud configurations are available. The deployment model is scoped during the pilot.
Spectra supports role-based access per use case and per site. A runway inspection team and a gate inspection team operate in separate lanes with separate queues. A platform administrator has visibility across all of them.
You configure a new lane — define the input source, the detection model, and the workflow rules. The underlying infrastructure, integrations, and audit trail are already in place. You're not starting a new implementation.
We run short, structured pilots. Long enough to show real results on your data. Short enough that you're not making a big commitment to find out. Get in touch and we'll talk through what that looks like.
