How we handle your data.

This notice describes what personal data mavisoft.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. It applies to the contact form and to site analytics. Last updated 15 September 2026.

What the contact form collects

When you send the “Book a demo” form we receive the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, the solution you are interested in, how you found us, and your message. The form also records the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and any campaign tags in the address you arrived from.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc. (United States), which stores a copy of each submission on our behalf. Site usage is measured with Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which sets cookies and records anonymised page views and events, including when a form is successfully sent.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your request and to follow up on it. We do not sell personal data, add you to mailing lists, or share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
